5-ingredient crispy sardines

200 g fresh sardines
3 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 garlic clove, crushed
1 tsp olive oil
Black pepper


Mix together the lemon juice, garlic clove, olive oil and black pepper in a bowl.
Add the sardines and coat well on both sides.
Grill over a medium-high heat for 3 minutes on each side, or until crispy.

Ready to serve!
