Fluffy Scrambled Eggs

4 large eggs
60 ml milk (4 tbsp)
1 tbsp chopped chives
1 tbsp olive oil
Beat the eggs and milk together.
Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan and pour in the egg mixture.
Cook gently over a low heat, stirring until the eggs begin to set – 3 to 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat and stir in the chives.
Ready to serve!
