Mediterranean meatballs with broccoli

100 g mince (ground) beef
300 g broccoli florets
100 g tomato passata
A few leaves of parsley
A pinch of garlic powder
Mix beef, parsley and garlic powder in a bowl and shape the mixture into meatballs.
Place meatballs in a non-stick pan and brown over medium heat.
Add tomato passata and simmer for 5 minutes. Season to taste.
Meanwhile, steam broccoli florets for 2-5 minutes.
Ready to serve!
