110 g fresh basil leaves
75 g Parmesan cheese
110 ml extra virgin olive oil
30 g pine nuts
4 garlic cloves
Put the basil leaves, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, pine nuts and garlic cloves into a food processor until smooth. Season to taste.
You may want to add a spoonful or two of water to the pesto to thin it out.
